In the meantime, a call is automatically made to your principal contact.

Yes! In the CARRAT application, you can preset up to 5 security contacts.
When you activate your CARRAT bracelet, a message for each of your contacts is sent, followed by an automatic call to your main contact.
If the person does not answer, the call will be transferred to the other 4 contacts.
Because of the way the bracelet is created, you are not likely to activate it accidentally. However, you can stop the SMS or phone alerts directly on your CARRAT app.
